One of our promotional nights, Throwback Night, goes back to the original IHL Orlando Solar Bears, 1995-2001. Using original merchandise and resorting to old Solar Bears yearbooks/game notes, I curated the art around the physical + digital design of the '95-'96 season.

For the collage look, I researched on eBay, Mercari, auction sites, and personal items in our Solar Bears storage. Futura was heavily used in design during this period, and I resorted to fontsinuse.com during the 90s to feel as accurate as possible. The "Night" and "Kia Center" were fully customized in Adobe Illustrator to imitate the typeface used on the back of the jerseys during the '95-'96 season.
